Montecatini at Night

Night shots are tough to do hdr. I am thinking I am not doing this hdr thing right at all, the daytime shot (below) may be some kind of tone mapping instead of actual hdr..... hmmmm. Maybe I will be forced to read the help, do the tutorial, act rational .... NAH! Some of the processing I was playing around with showed better details on the roofs, you could see individual tiles clearly, but my rendered file is terrible for those details. Oh well, I like the sky! When you could see the roofs clearly, the sky was heavily tinted red, it's still too pink but now the blue is good (well, better). I don't remember but I'm guessing I did not catch on to finger painting right away either... HA!
