did you find out what this is? it is very interesting.
This is in a shrine in Toyokawa, I forget the details but I think these red pouches are like prayers, for good luck or something like that. I will ask Joe, he had something posted elsewhere in this (Inari Shrine?) for a prosperity wish or something to that effect.
